DON’T MISS PANCAKES AND WHISKEY’S HOLIDAY PARTY WITH ALBERTA CROSS, STREETS OF LAREDO & ALLEN TATE

To answer your question, hell yea, we are seriously planning for the holidays already at Pancakes And Whiskey! But trust us – and we’re not just sayin’ this – our annual holiday party this December 17th is shaping up to be better than ever. With a lineup of Allen Tate, Streets of Laredo, and Alberta Cross, at a venue as sick (and unpredictable) as Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn – this is one holiday party you definitely want to start planning for in August.

Brooklyn’s own Allen Tate (of San Fermin), the meticulous indie rocker who recently impressed us with his first single, “Being Alone,” will be kicking off the festivities and showing off his latest stuff. This is an awesome opportunity to hear some new music – as fresh as it gets, since he’s been keeping a lot of his work under wraps as of now. Make sure you get there in time for this set! That is, if you enjoy being the friend who’s always hip to the local scene and the best new music (we all need one of those, man!).

Once you’ve gotten a chance to meet the whole Pancakes & Whiskey crew between sets (we’re pretty damn cool, so they say), stick around for Streets of Laredo! If you haven’t caught any of their stuff yet, then this will be a real stocking-stuffer of a show. Their latest single, “Devil and the Sea,” was recently featured by Spotify on their New Waltz playlist. And nowadays, if you make it onto one of those beautiful, curated Spotify playlists, you’re good as gold. Get ready for a fun set with these indie folk rockers, and help yourself to a nice whiskey while you’re at it. We insist.

Once the whiskey has warmed you up from that winter chill (hopefully a superstorm-free one this year), the whole show will basically turn into that Red Ryder BB Gun present you can’t wait to unwrap. Alberta Cross, the Anglo-Swedish alt-rockers that seriously blew us away during their CMJ Whiskey Session, will be bringing the holiday cheer in the best way we know how – by playing some intricately cool rock, with a totally unique sound. Expect to hear stuff from their new self-titled album, which features the memorable “Ghost of Santa Fe,” and is sure to be sweet live.

Be sure to RSVP for the party here, so all your Facebook friends know what a sexy, musically-informed badass you are. And MOST importantly…tickets are here. We can’t wait to rock with ya! See you on December 17th!
