Five-piece Baltimore band Sun Club may be young, but they sure know what the hell they’re doing. With a mix of their energetic, sunshine pop-punk sound, unruly vocals, enthusiastic live performance and adorable boyish charm, they’re catching everyone’s attention including ours. Describing their sound as “endscene pop strawberry fusion circus dirty sunshine pop energetic,” their EP Dad Claps at the Mom Prom is six tracks of uncontainable happiness.
We hung out with the guys for an afternoon and got a glimpse of their just-a-group-of-best-bros-making-music dynamic. Their energy is contagious, even in this stripped down version of “Summer Feet.”
Keep an eye out for these guys and see them live as soon as you can.
