On a rainy Wednesday night on October 15th, Australian natives Boy & Bear played to a sold out crowd at Music Hall of Williamsburg. With opening act River Run North starting the night off and playing to an already full venue, you can see early that the bad weather wasn’t pushing away anyone. After the opener’s 45 minute long set, the crowd waited with heavy anticipation for the headliners to start and they would not be let down. Showing their talent and great chemistry to play together, the only time the crowd seemed to be let down was when they announced that had two songs left to play and that they do not perform encores. One thing is for sure, Boy & Bear is another good band coming out of Australia right now and will be around for a while.
