On December 18th and 19th, Thievery Corporation sold out both shows at Webster Hall. The Washington, D.C. based electron duo, Eric Hilton and Rob Garza, showed up with a few friends and performed a mesmerizing set with a full band. Known mostly for their bossa nova styled beats, the group covered a wide variety of music, ranging from funk to reggaeton to hip hop and everything in between. The high energy show did not disappoint, especially being one of the few times you can actually see someone play a sitar and actually do it correctly.
