I cannot possibly imagine a better way to spend a Saturday night than beginning the evening in the Lower East Side at Mercury Lounge, with friends and delicious whiskey. Mercury Lounge is probably one of the most charming dive bars you’ll ever get to see a show at!
The night started off by dancing to solid disco tunes by the Bee Gees, whoever was DJ’ing before the DownBeat Keys – seriously thank you for your awesome music taste.
As the band started their soundcheck, you could tell the attractive crowd was getting warmed up for an amazing show ahead. DownBeat Keys had a fantastic and sweet stage presence. They all really loved what they’re doing, especially during “Take Me Home” a sultry, catchy tune about – well, taking that attractive stranger home; which had the entire crowd and band dancing and singing along. These guys have amazing chemistry together and not only did they make the show fun to watch but to dance to as well. If this snow has got you down don’t worry the DownBeat Keys will lift your spirits right up and getting you sweating your buzz off. We definitely recommend that you catch these guys live at the Living Room on January 30th.
