THE NEIGHBOURHOOD SELL OUT TERMINAL 5

What better way is there to kick off sweater weather other than listening to The Neighbourhood? Since their hit song “Sweater Weather” in 2012, their second full-length album WIPED OUT! is finally being released on October 30th. Their two sold-out shows at Terminal 5 last week clearly showed how much fans have been anticipating their comeback. This five piece indie-rock band from California brought some west coast vibes to the venue with their atmospheric tunes and a hint of R&B. You could tell that they’re almost obsessed representing themselves in monochromatic form, especially with the well constructed black and white images constantly flashing throughout each song. It was almost like watching a vintage film. They kept a perfect balance of alternating songs between the first and second album, but of course they kept their best two songs “Sweater Weather” and “RIP To My Youth” until the grand finale, which the fans went crazy over and some even threw their bras on stage.
