British singer/songwriter Mara Simpson, brings us a lavish new song called “Keep Holding On,” which we are excited to premiere today. Starting slowly with guitars and a single drum, “Keep Holding On” builds itself a nice strong foundation that Mara’s soaring vocals can effortlessly perch on top of. After each verse, the song builds into an anthem of sorts; full of sound, resonance and passion as the percussion and tempo picks up. By the end we are chanting along to the chorus “We all feel – the same way – you cannot divide us – we are holding on,” which makes us feel free and empowered. Pretty impressive for just over three minutes.
