We are psyched to premiere the new single from Jackie Venson called “Witchcraft” today. With raging guitar work, a strong and eclectic bassline, and a breathy and edgy voice, “Witchcraft” is a song about female empowerment that really rocks, but not in the usual way we’ve been accustomed to as of late. The odd time-signature is surrounded by laser sharp guitar licks, random, but effective synth, and a call for woman to resist the status quo.
“Witchcraft” is the debut single off Jackie’s forthcoming LP entitled Joy, and is due out on 4-5-19; according to this single, we all better be ready for another amazing album from the Texas rocker.
